Terms and Conditions

By asking me to process your order, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.


All prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST and I hope this makes it easier for you to track the cost of your order. I do require receipt of payment prior to shipment of order.

Post/Freight Options

Australia Post is the preferred freight option from this area.

Postage can be selected as either Road Freight, or Express Post, and is sent in 500g, 3kg, or 5kg post bags.

A Tracking Number is provided when your order is processed for your convenience.

Orders may be left at your premises by the postie if no one is home when delivery is attempted. If you do not wish this, Post Bags can be marked “Do Not Leave” and will then need to be collected by you from your local Post Office if you prefer. Please note this instruction on your order.

An order requested by you to “Leave in a safe area if unattended” is considered your responsibility and will not be covered by Totally Scentual if it is so delivered and then ‘lost’.

Local orders may be collected from my workshop.

Delivery Times

I aim to post your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
Road Freight is estimated to take 5-10 days depending on delivery area.
Express Post is estimated to take 3-5 days depending on delivery area.

If an article does not arrive, please notify Totally Scentual within 2 weeks of shipment so it can be followed up through Australia Post.

Payment Options

Direct Deposit:
The preferred method of payment is directly into the Bank Account at the Commonwealth Bank.
If you are paying via Direct Deposit, the Bank details will be sent to you with your order summary, then you can go straight in to your banking and pay. If you wish to expedite your order, please copy and paste the details into an email so it can be processed straight away.

Credit Card:
Mastercard and Visa Card are accepted.
If paying via Credit Card you will receive one debit, which includes postage, and your order will be processed.
Credit card details are not collected or stored on the site. You will be directed to E Way, which is a secured site and where your details are protected and encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Credit Card Details
Your credit card security is taken very seriously. I will NOT telephone you to ascertain your card details. Cards being declined are usually due to the wrong expiry being accidentally supplied. If there is a problem with your card I will email you and ask you to phone me with the correct details.

If paying by PayPal, be aware this is NOT an immediate transaction. It can take up to TWO WORKING days for the funds to be received by Totally Scentual.
After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website where you then authorise the payment and complete the ordering process.

Money Orders:
I am happy to accept Money orders. Once you have been advised of the order total (including postage), these can be sent to:

How to Order

The following options are offered for your convenience.

Online through the website:
The fastest and easiest way to order is through the website using the online shopping details. This will provide both of us with a written copy of the order, thereby eliminating errors and misunderstandings.

Email orders are welcome if you have a special or unusual request. I will answer your order queries and process your order for payment including postage costs. Email orders will need to be paid by Direct Deposit or Credit Card.

Phone Orders:
Occasionally it may be more convenient for you to contact me by phone.
I will endeavour to record all order details correctly, but sometimes errors may unfortunately occur.
After your initial phone enquiry, it would then be beneficial to change to email contact to process your order.
If possible I do prefer to use either the online or email options for greater accuracy.

Processing Times

Your parcel will be posted within 2 working days of placing your order and your payment is received. However orders are often posted sooner than this. If there is to be a delay you will be contacted by email and advised.

Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order requirements, and all orders will be processed as they are received, providing all payment details (including postage) are correct.

Additions to Orders

Depending on how far your order has progressed, it may be able to add to your order. However once your order is sealed it is not possible to add additional items. I will endeavour, of course, to add the extra item if the order has not been packed, but please be aware that additional postage charges may apply if the weight increases into the next category. If the additional items need to be treated as a new order in a separate bag I will contact you prior to sending.

Shipment can be within 24 hours of receiving payment. I thank you for your understanding.

Out Of Stock Items

Whilst I strive to maintain a full complement of stock, occasionally items may be unavailable for short periods of time. If your order is affected by an out of stock product, it will not be processed until you have been contacted by email and asked what you would like to do. As extra postage costs would be involved if two shipments are made, I will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.
Usually the product will be made in the following days, however you will have the option to delete the item or wait for it to be ready. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Product Quality

A high standard of quality in products is vitally important at Totally Scentual.

As products contain no harsh chemicals, or artificial ingredients, they are continually made in small batches to ensure greater freshness and benefit for the customer. This means there may sometimes be small variations in the different batches of the same products. However the final quality and standard will not be compromised.

If you feel there is a problem with an item you have received, please do not hesitate to contact me within two working days of receiving your order.

Returns Policy

Faulty goods are replaced as per Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss options. It may be claimable through Australia Post.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you feel you have concern about any product.

Goods will not be accepted for refund or replacement without prior communication. Should you feel you have a problem, please contact me within seven days of receiving your order. Faulty items must be returned in the original condition they were shipped.

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if you simply change your mind.

There is NO return of any Essential oil or Diffuser Blend or associated product due to the nature of these, whether they have been opened or not.
