The Soapy Facts

All soap is hand made using saponified vegetable oils – usually Olive, Coconut, Sweet Almond, Macadamia Nut, Cocoa Butter, Castor and Palm – to produce consistently firm, yet nourishing bars, which leave the skin clean and soft without that ‘tight’ feeling. Some selections have other nourishing oils added as well.

Some palm oil is necessary to give the soap hardness, and therefore last longer. My soaps contain less than 10% palm oil, and this is sourced from sustainable growers with managed palm plantations, NOT from cleared rainforest which is causing problems for the Orang-utans.

The blends of Essential oils (and often a variety of moisturising oils and other natural ingredients) are added as much for your mind as for your skin, to create a truly pleasurable soap.
